Answer: This pad does slip. And felt or compressed wool will slip side to side. It does slide back. I use a mohair cinch and a flank cinch that I actually buckle down to contact my horse and it is very easy to slide left and right and slips back even with my pulling collar on.

Answer: Best pad I’ve used in years of serious trail riding. Let sweat and dirt dry. Use a stiff brush, even a swears raper (easy strokes only at stubborn parts) brush some more. Finish vacuuming?!
The best thing I’ve used over 30 years to keep my pads in great shape is an underpaid called “Dixie Midnight” it comes large and you cut it to the size you need.

Answer: The L is licra. a spandex type cover. The V is vinyl more weather resistant. I have both and like the L better.

Does Terry Butterfly Century Saddle fit the Peloton?

I’d look at the saddle that comes with your Peloton. If it has two rails about 1 3/4″ apart you should be fine. I have this saddle on two bikes, one made in 1991, the other in 2020. No problems, it’s been a standard for a long time.

Enjoy! It is considered by some pros I rode with as the best seat for women cyclists. That said, after a few hours of riding, I do find I have to stand up from time to time as my sit bones start to get sore, even with the extra padding. But most people will never ride that long.

Answer: ISM website does not state the gender on any of that group of saddles. Plus, the photo they show has both a man and a woman on their own saddles. The 140mm width may be the key since the distance between sit bones is what separates the genders. Looks like its for both sexes.
